Job Objectives:
Directly manage all financial activities of a group of business partners with turnovers of tens to hundreds of millions per year. The role includes maximizing return on investments, risk management, and creating a stable and transparent financial structure. The manager must handle large sums, assist the partners strategically, while understanding and safeguarding the interests of the partners, while understanding that the owners own a real estate company in Israel.
Professional Responsibilities
• Cash flow management of the partners and their private companies
• Preparation of business plans and budget management with close monitoring
• Initiation and management of financial and real estate investments in Israel and abroad
• Establishment of bank deposits and investments, with knowledge of international banking systems
• Close financial support of the partners and the use of external consultants and experts
• Consulting, taxation and regulation
• Responsibility for fundraising processes for the purpose of expanding activities
• Deep understanding of individual and controlling taxation, local and international (including Canadian taxation.
• Identification and management of financial risks, especially those related to the real estate company
דרישות:
Requirements
• Certified public accountant with a deep understanding of individual and local taxes
• Background and proven experience in financial management or investment banking
• High level of command of the English language
• Proven experience in particularly large volumes in stocks and financial assets, with the ability to initiate current investment directions
• International banking: understanding of the banking system abroad and working with foreign countries
• Background in fundraising – an advantage
• Previous experience as a banker (or working with banks on a large scale) – an advantage
