תיאור תפקיד:
An international Media company is looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to be the right hand of the VP of Finance.
You will handle everything from the day-to-day bookkeeping and finance operations to the bigger picture of the financial planning. Your role is to keep our US and Israeli accounts perfectly organized, while using that data to help plan our budget and future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Controllership: Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for our Israeli and US entities. Ensure timely payments to vendors and tax institutions, bank reconciliations and month-end/year-end closing processes.
FP&A & Budgeting: Assist with the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting. Provide variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual) to identify trends and risks.
International Compliance: Manage financial reporting and tax compliance for both Israeli and US entities (subsidiary/parent relationship).
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and project cash flow to ensure operational stability across the group.

At least 4+ years of bookkeeping and finance experience in a high-tech or startup environment- a must.
Proven experience working with US companies - a must.
Experience with Priority or SAP Business One, as well as QuickBooks Online - a must.
Expert level of Excel/Google Sheets skills - a must.
High level of English - a must.
Certified bookkeeper - a must, Payroll Controller- is an advantage.
A bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or Finance, and/or Economics - is a plus.
