We are seeking a strategic-thinking International Marketing Director to manage the international marketing activities, with the goal of recruiting international students to English taught undergraduate and graduate degrees.
Key responsibilities
• Develop and implement the international school’s global marketing strategy.
• Produce and manage high-impact online and print marketing campaigns as well as sales activities.
• Oversee the production of all marketing materials, including lead generation campaigns, social media content, and the writing/editing of digital and print assets.
• Lead, train, and inspire the international marketing team.
• Take overall responsibility for brand management and ensure a consistent corporate identity across all marketing channels.
• Build and implement the annual marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Participate in international marketing conferences and recruitment events in Israel and abroad.
• Lead international visibility and media outreach through global and Jewish communication channels, supporting the school’s international positioning.
• Collaborate with senior academic leadership, program heads, and external vendors.
• Analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategy improvements.
• Execute international recruitment events, such as open houses.

• Mother-tongue English and Hebrew is a MUST.
• Education: Undergraduate or graduate degree is a MUST.
• Professional Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in team-management and international marketing management, preferably in the Jewish world.
• Technical Expertise: Tech-savvy with a firm understanding of evolving trends and full proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Digital Skills: Proven track record with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), Campaign Management, SEO, PPC, Analytics, video production and various presentation softwares.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work non-traditional hours.
• Strong cultural intelligence and experience working with diverse, international audiences
• Excellent knowledge of the Jewish world and Jewish educational framework abroad Preference to those who have studied abroad in Jewish communities
• Resilience- High level of resilience, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
