הצטרפות לצוות הקמה של הסקיוריטי בחברה. הזדמנות להוביל את כל הדומיין - סוג של One Man Show. מדובר בתפקיד Security Engineering ייחודי ורחב שמחבר בין פיתוח, תשתיות וסקיוריטי ארגוני. אפיון ובניית אבטחה רוחבית בארגון - Cloud Security, AI Security, Incident Response, Identity, AppSec ועוד.
בניית אוטומציות, כלים פנימיים, תהליכי אבטחה ו-developer practices - תפקיד מאוד רוחבי. זהו תפקיד ראשון, נדרש אדם תקשורתי, שיכול להוביל ולהיות מנטור.

* רקע חזק ב - DevSecOps או Security Engineering
* ניסיון Hands-on ב Cloud Security (עדיפות ל-AWS)
* ניסיון עם Kubernetes בסביבות Production
* יכולות כתיבת קוד לטובת כלים פנימיים
* ניסיון באבטחה של תהליכי-CI/CD ופיתוח
* הבנה חזקה של עקרונות אבטחת אפליקציות, תשתיות וענן
* יכולת לנתח סיכונים ולחשוב מנקודת מבט של תוקף
* תקשורת מעולה ועבודה Cross-functional עם צוותי פיתוח והנהלה
יתרון :
Threat Modeling, Identity platforms, Incident Response, SOC2 / ISO27001, Security Automation, ניסיון בחברות SaaS או סייבר.
דרישות:
Strong background in DevSecOps, Security Engineering, Platform Engineering, or DevOps, with hands-on experience securing production cloud environments (AWS preferred).
Experience securing Kubernetes environments and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
Strong programming or scripting skills (Python, Go, or similar), with a passion for building security automation and internal tools.
Deep understanding of modern application, cloud, and infrastructure security, with experience operating large-scale production systems.
An attacker's mindset, strong ownership, curiosity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
Advantage: Experience with threat modeling, security architecture reviews, or incident response.
Familiarity with identity platforms (e.g., Auth0, Okta), compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001), or third-party security risk management.
Experience working in a cybersecurity company or scaling SaaS environment.
