A leading technology company is looking for an experienced Electronics Design Team Leader. This is a key technical leadership role for an experienced Board Design professional who combines strong hands-on design expertise with the ability to lead engineers, make technical decisions, and drive development activities from initial requirements through design, integration, and production. Lead and manage a team of Electronics Design Engineers, providing professional guidance and setting technical priorities.
Lead the design and development of complex electronic boards and assemblies.
Take ownership of board-level design solutions, technical decisions, and design methodologies.
Review and approve schematics, PCB designs, and engineering solutions.
Lead development activities from requirements definition and architecture through design, integration, verification, and transfer to production.
Work closely with Mechanical, Software, Electro-Optics, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
Serve as a technical authority and subject matter expert in electronics and board design.
Drive resolution of complex design and integration challenges.
Support design reviews, technical risk assessment, and engineering decision-making.
דרישות:
B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
7+ years of experience in electronics / board design.
Proven experience leading a team of engineers or serving as a technical lead.
Strong hands-on experience in electronic board design and development.
Experience with PCB design tools such as Altium, OrCAD, or equivalent.
Experience taking boards from design through bring-up, integration, and production.
Experience with complex electronic systems – an advantage.
Experience in the defense industry – a significant advantage.
Strong technical problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to lead engineers and work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary development environment.
