For our site in Holon, ISTAR & EW division is looking for a Program Manager to lead one of the company’s most strategic and large-scale naval electronic warfare programs.
This is a unique opportunity to take part in an international defense program in the maritime EW and SIGINT domain, leading advanced operational systems delivered to global customers and partners. The program combines cutting-edge electronic warfare capabilities, situational awareness systems, and integrated naval defense solutions.
In this role you will:
Lead a large-scale strategic program in the naval Electronic Warfare and SIGINT domain from initiation through operational delivery
Manage the full program lifecycle including requirements definition, system integration, testing, installations, deliveries, and customer acceptance activities
Serve as a key professional and managerial focal point to international customers, prime contractors, subcontractors, and integration partners
Lead complex multidisciplinary interfaces across engineering, system engineering, development, operations, and program teams
Represent the program and technological solution to senior customer stakeholders and strategic partners
Drive execution of schedules, milestones, risks, and deliveries in a highly complex international environment
דרישות:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
Significant experience managing large-scale multidisciplinary technological programs
Strong background in Electronic Warfare, SIGINT, radar systems, or related operational systems
Experience in system engineering or previous hands-on engineering/development roles - Advantage
Experience working with defense customers, government organizations, or international programs - Advantage
Operational military background in naval EW, Air Force mission systems, intelligence, or communications units - Advantage
High level of English and willingness to travel abroad frequently
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to lead complex interfaces, high emotional intelligence, and ability to work effectively in multicultural environments
