תיאור תפקיד:
    Senior Backend Engineer
      5+ years of hands-on experience building complex backend systems using modern languages such as Python, Java, C++, or Go.
      Proven experience designing and implementing scalable, distributed architectures in production environments.
      Strong background in early-stage product development, experience building core systems or major features from scratch in a startup or similar fast-moving environment.
      Experience working with cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure).
      Experience with AI/ML tools or integrating AI-driven capabilities into backend services.

    Backend Platform Team Leader
      Professional Experience: At least 6 years of backend development, with significant architecture or platform work, plus proven experience as a people manager, leading a team's execution and delivery.
      Technical Proficiency: Deep Kubernetes and AWS experience (EKS, EC2, RDS, S3), including cloud cost drivers. Hands-on experience with Redpanda (Kafka), RabbitMQ, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and Grafana/Prometheus.

      Platform Team Lead
        3+ years of experience as a team leader in a product-oriented R&D organization
        6+ years of hands-on Python development experience
        Strong background designing and operating distributed systems and microservices in production
        Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments
        Solid working knowledge of GCP (or equivalent cloud) — Cloud Run, BigQuery, GCS, IAM
        Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines in a microservices / mono repo environment
        Experience with Airflow or similar orchestration frameworks
