Requirements3+ years of relevant experience in AI Engineering, ML Engineering, NLP, Data Science, or a similar technical role focused on LLM-powered applications.
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Strong Python programming skills and experience with APIs and software development practices.
Hands-on experience building AI agents and multi-step workflows, including orchestration and tool calling.
Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and context management.
Experience with AI evaluation, benchmarking, experimentation, and performance analysis.
Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks – an advantage.
