For our site in Holon, we are looking for a Senior System Engineer to join a groundbreaking technological project in the fields of Directed Energy Weapons, EW, and IR systems. This is an opportunity to become part of an innovative multidisciplinary development team working on advanced RF and electromagnetic field technologies for an international customer.

In this role you will
Lead end-to-end system engineering activities for advanced technological solutions
Define system architecture, requirements, and technical specifications for development teams and subcontractors
Lead system integration processes across hardware, software, and firmware disciplines
Work closely with internal R&D teams, suppliers, procurement, and operations
Collaborate with the end customer and present technical status updates during design reviews
Provide matrix technical leadership for engineering tasks in a multidisciplinary environment
דרישות:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Exact Sciences
M.Sc. in a relevant field - Advantage
At least 5 years of experience in system engineering within multidisciplinary projects
Proven experience in writing system requirements and technical specifications
Deep understanding of development, integration, and system testing processes
Full proficiency in Hebrew and English, including technical writing
Strong matrix leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills
