תיאור תפקיד:
Job Description

Working Days & Hours:
Sunday to Thursday/ Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM / 10AM-7PM (Fridays 8AM-16PM) on rotating shifts

Responsibilities:


· Oversee the office’s front desk, admit guests and suppliers
· Work closely with the company’s CEO and tend to his personal and professional requests
· Schedule appointment and organize the meeting rooms
· Full responsibility for the ongoing maintenance and logistics of the company’s offices and cafeterias (including liaising with the cleaning company, technicians, suppliers etc.)
· Order and manage the logistics of the office supplies, food, drinks, daily breakfasts and catering
· Coordinate and book hotels and flights for the company’s employees
· Support the HR department: responsibility for the attendance reports, organize happy hours and company events, welcome new employees, order gifts, coordinate training and professional conventions
· Sort and navigate incoming telephones, mail, invoices and payments
· File, print and issue reports

דרישות:
Required Skills and Expertise:

· Good command of MS office, including Excel
· Full proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
· Excellent client-facing and interpersonal communication skills
· Solid organizational skills and attention to details
· Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
