תיאור תפקיד:
    A sales leader capable of supporting existing and driving future OEM business at a select set of major accounts, in the IR and visible optic for commercial & defense market in Europe.
    Responsible for identifying, developing, and driving new business opportunities, in addition to growing existing business for several countries in EMEIA region.
    Assists in leading a project team through all phases of customer contact including the discovery process, product and process development, product prototyping, pilot and production and after product-sales support.
    Capable of becoming technically fluent in our broad range of Opto-Mechanical products and solutions for OEM modules.
    Provides input into the strategic planning process in addition to contributing to product development ideas and guidance.
    Supports strategic marketing with specific market research pertaining to select accounts, monitors competitive activities and identifies/reports customer needs.
    Employs selling and negotiating strategies and tactics that are consistent with industry best practices, such as Strategic Selling.
    Work constructively with the multiple operations, engineering, and product management of MKS Optic group to grow the business at selected accounts.
דרישות:
    BA Business Development / BSc in Physics/Engineering, or other related science field. Advanced degree in Optic discipline preferred.
    7-10 years of applicable sales experience in the IR Optics Defense Market industry.
    Knowledgeable in all aspects of Optical systems, including components, system-design, and applications.
    Experienced in the management of a complex portfolio of products and accounts with annual sales greater than $10M.
    Experienced sales manager in large accounts.
    Demonstrated ability to penetrate large accounts, track record of successful account growth.
    Exceptional grasp of the fundamental sales skills to handle all phases of the sales cycle. Preferred experience in strategic selling sales methodology.
    PC skills -MS office and CRM -SAP/ SFDC
    Ability to influence multiple disciplines, including product management, business development, engineering, manufacturing, finance, and senior management.
    Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and set and achieve goals/objectives.
    Highly self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
    Home Office experience -Advantage
    Fluent English / Other languages (Spanish)
    Availability to travel abroad
