Perion is looking for a responsible and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner, reporting to the CEO. The chosen candidate will provide strategic administrative and project management support, calendar management, travel planning, and will be a full partner with projects, initiatives, and events. ** This is a temporary maternity leave replacement position for 8 months** About the role:*Provide confidential administrative support to the CEO and executive management. *Manage and maintain active and complex calendars. *Handle travel logistics for CEO and executive management. *Oversee and approve travel requests for local and European team. *Establish relationships with key internal and external partners of the CEO and executive management. *Ensure a smooth day-to-day flow of communication and meetings, while following up on action items. *Support organization of events and off-sites. *Assist with preparation of presentations & reports.
דרישות:
*5+ years of executive-level experience in a global company. Hi-tech – advantage. *Fluent in both English and Hebrew – a must. *Excellent organization skills essential - able to plan, prioritize, and multi-task while working with a heavy workload. *A highly energetic and dynamic person, able to work independently with a proactive approach and great interpersonal skills. *Excellent time management skills, attentive to details. *Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and Google equivalent apps.
