• We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team and work closely with the Marketing Manager.
• This is an execution-focused role combining digital marketing, content, marketing operations, customer engagement, and lead generation.
• What You'll Do Execute marketing campaigns and ongoing marketing activities across multiple channels Create and coordinate marketing content, newsletters, and other marketing materials Work with CRM, marketing platforms, AI tools, and other digital tools as part of day-to-day activities Support lead generation activities and build customer journeys Track campaign and marketing performance, analyze data, and identify actionable insights Manage onboarding activities and maintain ongoing communication with existing customers Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to support marketing and customer initiatives

• 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing - required Experience working directly with customers or clients Strong understanding of digital marketing and hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools Excellent written communication skills in both Hebrew and English Experience using AI tools and strong technological orientation Independent, hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership and execute tasks from start to finish Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail
