תיאור תפקיד:
Senior Backend Engineer 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing complex, production-grade systems.
Proven experience building and maintaining backend services end-to-end: architecture, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Demonstrated ability to lead high-scale, high-quality technical projects, applying best practices such as design reviews and architectural trade-offs.
Deep understanding of system design, APIs, and distributed systems principles.
Strong coding skills in at least one modern backend language (e.g., Python, Go, Node.js, Java, C#).
Experience with cloud environments (AWS or equivalent), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

Software Engineering Team Lead At least 5 years of hands-on experience in building complex, high-scale production systems in a developer or technical leadership capacity.
At least 2 years of formal managerial experience, leading a team of software or data engineers.
Deep understanding of Computer Science fundamentals – including data structures, object-oriented design, code optimization, and complexity analysis.
Hands-on experience in building production services end-to-end – including architecture design, research, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Cloud technologies expertise – AWS stack or equivalent, including serverless
Expertise with data pipeline technologies, streaming data architectures (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub), and large-scale data storage (e.g., PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases, data lakes).
Containers and Orchestration – Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform - advantage.
