Manage event life cycles: track each event from start to finish, notify relevant people as required, and update related incidents accordingly
Perform Tier 1.5 operations when needed to try and resolve incidents as soon as possible
Assist in developing monitoring-event knowledge management by documenting helpful information about events and incidents you encounter
Assess and prioritize faults and respond or escalate accordingly
Collaborate closely with engineering teams

You have Minimum 2 years' experience working in NOC
Excellent communication, fluent in both English and Hebrew – Must
Experience in coding with Python and PowerShell - Must
Ability to work under pressure and meeting regulatory deadlines - Must
Basic knowledge of SQL, networking, and Linux & Windows servers
Ability to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week (7:30-15:30, 15:30-23:30, 23:30-7:30) and one week a month working 23:30-7:30 and once Friday morning

It’s a bonus if you have Basic knowledge of monitoring systems (especially NewRelic, DataDog, PagerDuty, and Solarwinds).
Experience with ticketing systems and ELK, ServiceNow, Jira
Experience in SOC

Responsible for technical operation and engineering of the company networks including hands-on implementation, monitoring and management of network infrastructure.
Ensure uninterrupted network uptime for users and customers access across LAN, WAN and Wireless Networks within corporate infrastructure.
Maintain high availability and continuous uptime for Data Center infrastructure and application services.
Documenting and managing the installation of a new network environment, maintaining, and upgrading existing systems as necessary.
