Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Head of Product or Senior Product Manager with domain expertise in commercial real estate and commercial lending technology.. This role will work closely with the founder to define and document the product vision and translate it into clear, executable requirements. The role includes ongoing collaboration with the development team to ensure delivered functionality aligns with product intent and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Partner with the founder to refine product vision and convert it into a structured roadmap.
Document product requirements, workflows, and specifications suitable for direct development handoff.
Translate commercial real estate and lending processes into clear, well-defined product behavior.
Work closely with the development team throughout implementation to ensure alignment with product requirements and intent.
Review feature implementations, provide feedback, and resolve gaps between specification and execution.
Prioritize work based on business goals, technical constraints, and user feedback.
Maintain clear and up-to-date product documentation.

Requirements 5+ years of product management experience, including work in startup or early-stage environments.
Demonstrated experience with commercial real estate or commercial banking/lending workflows.
Strong ability to produce precise product documentation and functional specifications.
Proven experience working directly with engineering teams during development cycles.
Clear communicator with the ability to align founders, developers, and stakeholders.
Additional Information: Part-time or contract engagement with flexibility on hours.
Potential to expand scope or transition into a long-term leadership role as the company grows.

משרת מנהל/ת מוצר מודיעין – היחידה לקידום הדיגיטל בשלטון המקומי המקום: ירושלים היחידה לקידום הדיגיטל בשלטון המקומי במערך הדיגיטל הלאומי מחפשת מנהל/ת מוצר מודיעין
להצטרף לצוות המוביל בתהליכי טרנספורמציה דיגיטלית בשלטון המקומי.
התפקיד כולל ניהול מוצרי דאטה מתקדמים לשיפור השירותים הדיגיטליים שהרשויות המקומיות מספקות לציבור, תוך שיפור האינטגרציה עם משרדי הממשלה.
תחומי אחריות עיקריים:
ניהול מחזור חיי המוצר, כולל אסטרטגיה, אפיון, פיתוח ויישום.
הובלת תהליכי עבודה Agile
(ניהול backlog ותעדוף משימות).
איסוף וניתוח דרישות עסקיות ממגוון גורמים והמרתן לאפיונים טכנולוגיים.
פיתוח ויישום מוצרי דאטה מתקדמים (BI, GIS).
ניהול ממשקים בין מערכות ולקוחות קצה, כולל בקרה ושיפור מתמיד.
שיתוף פעולה עם גופים ממשלתיים ורשויות מקומיות לקידום פתרונות דיגיטליים מותאמים.
ניהול תעדוף, אפיון עסקי, פיתוח ויישום תוך עבודה בצוותים רב-תחומיים בסביבה מורכבת
דרישות:
ניסיון של שנתיים ומעלה בניהול מוצרים טכנולוגיים, לפחות שנה בניהול מוצר GISו-BI
ניסיון בעבודה עם מתודולוגיות Agile(Scrum), ניהול backlog וגרסאות.
ניסיון בהובלה מתודולוגית של תהליכים במחזור חיים של מוצר.
היכרות עם איסוף דרישות
ממגוון מקורות וניתוח צרכי הלקוח.
ניסיון בחקר שוק והפקת תובנות, כולל ניתוח מוצרים ושירותים מקבילים.
יכולת להגדיר מדדים ויעדים למוצר ולהנחות את הצוות הטכני ביישומם.
ניסיון בעבודה מול ריבוי לקוחות קצה – כולל ביצוע בדיקות משתמשים ומעקב אחר נתוני שימוש.
