תיאור תפקיד:
הובלת מנהלים ועובדים, שיפור ביצועים והנעת תהליכי מצוינות תפעולית – אחריות מלאה על פעילות ייצור רחבת היקף ולהוביל אותה לשלב הבא. אחריות מלאה על ניהול אתר הייצור ועל הפעילות התפעולית השוטפת. הובלת כלל מערך הייצור לעמידה ביעדי תפוקה, איכות, אספקה, בטיחות ויעילות. בנייה, יישום ובקרה של תוכניות עבודה תוך עמידה ביעדים עסקיים. ניהול תקציב המפעל, בקרה על עלויות והובלת מהלכי התייעלות ושיפור רווחיות. הובלת תהליכי חדשנות, אוטומציה ושיפור מתמיד של תהליכי הייצור. עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקים מרכזיים בארגון – הנדסה, איכות, לוגיסטיקה, שרשרת אספקה ומשאבי אנוש. אחריות על עמידה בדרישות בטיחות, איכות הסביבה ורגולציה, ועבודה מול הרשויות הרלוונטיות. הובלה, פיתוח וחניכת צוות הנהלה ועובדים, תוך יצירת תרבות של מצוינות, אחריות ושיתוף פעולה. מחלקות: ריתוך , לייזר, צבע, הרכבות , כבישה, CNC , אחזקה
דרישות:
לפחות 10 שנות ניסיון כמנהל/ת מפעל או מנהל/ת ייצור בכיר/ה בתעשייה יצרנית. ניסיון מוכח בניהול מפעל המונה למעלה מ-100 עובדים. ניסיון משמעותי בניהול ישיר של מנהלים ובהובלת צוותים גדולים. ניסיון בהובלת תהליכי התייעלות, שיפור ביצועים והטמעת שינויים ארגוניים. יכולת מוכחת בניהול תקציבים ובקרה על ביצועים עסקיים. רקע טכני/הנדסי . היכרות עם תקני איכות, בטיחות ורגולציה בתעשייה – יתרון. עברית ואנגלית ברמה גבוהה.
