דרישות:

Define *clear deliverables, milestones, and sprint goals*
Own and manage the *backlog*, including prioritization and scope control
Lead *daily stand-ups / progress updates*
Track timelines, dependencies, and risks
Proactively identify blockers and drive resolutions
Communicate *clear status updates* to management, including progress, delays, and trade-offs
Ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution
Maintain documentation, processes, and project visibility

Requirements Proven experience as a *Technical Project Manager / Technical Program Manager*
Strong understanding of *Agile / Scrum frameworks* and practical implementation
Ability to manage *multiple technical projects with concrete deliverables*

תיאור תפקיד:
DevOps Team Lead 5+ years of experience in DevOps, on a Linux based environment
2+ Years of experience in managing a team.
Extensive hands-on experience with on-premises deployments.
Highly proficient in deploying workloads to a production environment and managing AWS/GCP based resources.
Experience with deployments and configuration of firewalls and switches.
Experience with Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Cassandra, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch.
Technical knowledge and operational experience with configuration languages such as Ansible and Terraform.
Scripting/programming skills with Python/Bash/Go
Hands-on experience with foundational technologies like Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
Understanding of micro services development methodologies and architectures.
Experience with logging and monitoring technologies and services (Prometheus, Alert manager, AWS CloudWatch)
