We are hiring IT Support\Help Desk (TLV office)
•Administrate and Maintain IT infrastructure: Including desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants and smartphones.
•Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Manage and maintain Company file and Print Services. Manage install and configure network and client Printers. Assign network and folder permission.
•Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
•Customer Ticket Processing via ticket system and phone
•Monitoring logs and various services;
•Help Desk – frontal and remote support to corporate employees, Troubleshot client and user’s network problem. Manage and support Users Remote access VPN.
•Managing users- Manage Users in AD, setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
•Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
•Analyse and isolate issue.
•Software deployment, security updates and patches.
•Manage and maintain Company’s IT Assets, Manage IT stock.
• 2+ years of experience in support and maintenance of computer systems, networks, system maintenance of Windows based operation systems and applications.
• 2+ years of experience in administration, configuration and control of user access rights,
mailboxes office 365, network service.
• Previous experience and knowledge in Windows Networks, File and Print services, NTFS Permissions, TCP/IP
• Experience in hardware support of workstations, servers.
• Team working and multitasking person with excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
• Proven hands-on experience with administration of Exchange Server and Active Directory.
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing - Must
• High availability during non-standard working hours.
Ability to work in dynamic and change environment, cope with conflicts and stress situation, work under pressure.
