A unique and dynamic Israeli start-up that is in the process of significant growth, requires a Customer Support & Success Lead for working with global clients.
· Managing the Poc and Pre Sales process - Deployments for new customers: installation, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation, within customers’ existing ecosystem of tools.
· Management of the integration team, technical management on a "Hands On" level within the customer's environment, meeting the goals set by the company.
· Coordination and synchronization of activities and work processes with various technical interfaces.
· Deliver training and knowledge share to customers and partners.
· Manage customer support escalations and be a strong voice for your customers into the Product and Development teams to resolve, and improve the product.
· Analysis of operational reports and control reports, management of service metrics and achievement of objectives.
1. 2-5 years industry experience performing deployments in a customer-facing role or in an end user/customer environment.
2. Meaningful experience with installation (on-premise and cloud), configuration and management of Linux-based Operating Systems.
3. Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to issue resolution.
4. Basic knowledge in operating / diagnosing computer malfunctions
5. High English proficiency, both written and verbal.
6. Excellent Presentation and communication skills.
7. Willingness to travel up to 30% and work off-business hours (Non Israel Time Zones).
8. Knowledge and experience in operating Office software.
9. Experience in working with SLA.
10. Ability to learn new technologies and tools rapidly.
11. Team player, multi-tasking capabilities.
12. Extensive knowledge in IPT communications, security, IP.
13. Experience with smb / sme customers.
