We are a Global High-Tech company, seeking an administrative assistant suitable for our dynamic international environment.
· Ongoing administrative support to all staff and management at the front desk
· Logistic responsibility for all company visitors – booking accommodation and transportation, issuing security and invitation letters, issuing “Mokdan” permits
· Other administrative responsibilities include dealing with suppliers on a day-to-day basis, such as general office supplies, food & beverages, couriers, employees’ cellular phones, employees parking and everything related to office infrastructure maintenance
· Scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings and supporting company social and training events
· Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
· Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
· Full time position 09:0-18:00 / 19.00, in our office at Herzliya
· This person will be reporting to the Office Manager
Qualifications and requirements:
· At least 1-year administrative experience or service-oriented positions.
· English at a very high level (fluent/mother-tongue)
· Great interpersonal skills
· Attention to details
· Precise and thorough
· Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced mode of work.
· Ability to stay calm in any situation,
· Ability to adjust to evolving business needs at short notice.
· Communicate accurately and diplomatically, both verbally and in writing in Hebrew and in English.
· Full knowledge of MS Office / outlook / Gmail
· Experience working in a global environment- an advantage
