The Head of Communications is a key position within the Marketing and is responsible for creating communication strategies (internal and external) cross company and costumers.
- Aligning the brand, tone and voice across all channels
- Working closely with Sales, Product, bizdev to implement communication strategy
- Developing a cohesive communications strategy.
- Projecting a positive company image to the public.
- Planning and building the CRM platform structure
- Defining customer life cycle and understanding relevant key points to capture.
- Implementing database segmentation effectively for targeted marketing activities
- Daily KPIs monitoring focusing on user activity, retention & player value
- Mapping customer journeys and maximizing commercial opportunities.
- Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
- Ongoing optimization of the daily CRM activities
- Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.
- Manage Content and design team to support the communication strategy.
- Experience in online (digital) marketing - A must
- Analytical capabilities –good Excel knowledge
- Experience in data segmentation.
- Experienced with email marketing best practices and CRM systems
- Experience building complete customer journey
- Experience with campaigns optimization
- Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
- Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken- a must!
- Team player with great interpersonal skills
- A bachelor’s degree in the field of marketing/business management - an advantage
- Willing to learn new tools and apply innovative concepts whilst on the job
- Experience with working effectively across different departments and with multiple interfaces.
