global news and fintech company are looking for an Office Manager .
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
· Taking care of all administrative and reception and delivering day to day support for all of the departments. (Office maintenance, attendance, Super, suppliers ,IT issues and different type of projects) .
· Helping with recruitment sourcing tasks
· Travels arrangements, flights, hotels …..
· Support administrative HR
· Coordinating schedules and other administrative tasks
· Full time position
· High computer skills: perfect Excel ! proficiency using Word,PowerPoint and Outlook.
· English – perfect written and verbal communication skills- a must !
Previous experience with travel arrangements- a must!
· 2 years of previous experience with all types of administrative support.
· Basic recruitment background -an advantage.
· Availability for a full time position, sitting at the reception.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple projects on a daily basis.
· Fast learner and adapts well to a change environment
