The responsibilities will include:
Maintaining the relationship and cooperation with Israeli banks
Provide guideline and advice to employees in Israel
Checks handling-Collection of checks received from customer and delivering them to banks for cashing, cooperation with the team in Warsaw to ensure correct check application, investigate differences
Preparation of VAT reports from Oracle R12 and uploading them to government system, reconcile tax accounts.
Auditing employee’s travel and entertainment claims in Oracle R12 system according to NCR. T&E policy, reconciling employees credit card transactions.
Cooperation with the teams in Bangalore regarding tax reporting.
Cooperation with Warsaw SSC Center
Scanning checks, AP invoices and sending them to the center in Warsaw.
Cooperate with the companies processing credit card payments from NCR customers.
Cooperation with Warsaw billing center with regards to sending customer invoices.
Knowledge and skills:
Overall knowledge of accounting regulations and processes.
Good command of English.
Work Experience in the international company.
Oriented at problem solving.
Willing to cooperate with the team in Israel and abroad.
Good communication skills.
