תיאור תפקיד:
JAVA Team Leader BSC/MSC in Computer Science or equivalent
5+ Years of Java/J2EE and OOP experience.
At least 2-3 years of management of software development team with 4-5 developers
Experience with a microservices-based architecture.
Experience with Spring Boot, JDBC/JPA, Linux OS.
Hands on experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
DB proficiency - including DB modeling and performance tuning
Backend Team Lead
2+ years of experience in leading R&D teams in fast paced environments
5+ years of experience in software engineering
Solid proficiency in modern Java/C++/C#
Experience developing large, scalable, distributed information systems using a microservices architecture
Mastery of high-performance, reentrant and efficient code
Competency working with state-of-the-art source control management and CI tools
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent - Must.
At least 4 years executing and analyzing automatic tests, building automation frameworks, and developing automation infrastructure(report systems, test managers, test code architecture, test performance, CI/CD, Jenkins, etc.) - Must.
Hands-on experience with Java(JavaScript - an advantage) - Must.
High level of self-management and independence, self-motivated and result-oriented.
Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
