תיאור תפקיד:
Deloitte Israel's Tax Practice is seeking an experienced Tax Senior Manager to join our growing practice. Our team of experts provides focused advice Real Estate taxation matters and supports companies regarding these aspects. The department is led by top-tier professionals with rich and diverse past experience. The role Includes: Ongoing support for companies and individuals concerning real estate tax aspects, including representation in tax assessments discussions, obtaining pre-rulings and approvals from the tax authority, and providing opinions.
Support in local or international transactions, tax due diligence, assistance with the tax implications of the transaction structure, and a comprehensive view of all local and international tax aspects and implications.
דרישות:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Law – Mandatory
7 years of experience in real estate taxation – Mandatory
High-level English – Advantage
Experience from large CPA/Law firms or tax authority – Advantage
