VP of sales to join the company management team and lead all sales activities. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets
IoT Cyber security company, enables IoT service providers and utilities to extend their existing security services to new IoT use cases to protect IoT networks and generate revenues.
• Responsible for the entire sales process – build the target list, lead creation, preliminary customer engagement, ongoing account management, deal closure…
• Key focus – lead generation, close deals and ‘get things done’
• Develop a channel program (e.g. integrators) as part of the go to market strategy
• Build the company’s sales infrastructure
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, R&D and Customer Success to develop a sustainable “value proposition” to drive sales results
• Educate customers about the company’s solution and unique value proposition

• Led sales teams in early stage startups as well as large enterprises
• Proven success in building the sales and channel infrastructure with focus on EMEA
• Proven experience as the first sales person generating the first sales
• Must be hands-on, driven, smart with the ability to operate as a ‘lone wolf’ and hit the ground running
• Proven experience in successfully managing all sales cycle, meeting /exceeding targets, plus strong selling and closing abilities
• Hands-on proven working experience with end customers from the following domains: Telcos, MSSPs, utilities, smart cities
• Security background – an advantage
• 10+ years of B2B software sales
• Personal characteristics: business and results driven, highly organized, must win approach, hungry to close deals, excellent communications skills, independent, reliable, sharp, creative, hard worker, open minded, fast learner
• BSc in Computer Science / Engineering / other relevant disciplines – an advantage
• Travel – as needed, at least 30%

PROFTIT provides a unique management software for Finance and Gaming industries, enables businesses to create extraordinary customer relationships with the most innovative CRM solution in the market. We’re located in Ramat Gan (BSR Tower).
· Define the product strategy and roadmap for set of products, partnering with Sales, R&D, Project/Account Managers, Business Development, and Customers worldwide.
· Own and execute the full cycle of product development and writing specs, through close work with R&D and data scientists.
· Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams as well as strategic Customers to push new products and features to market
· Determine Product team’s objectives, policies, and processes in consultation with other Product Development leaders
· Manage the capabilities of the team to develop and maintain a long-term vision and strategic plan.
· Have a keen awareness of industry trends, consumer feedback and competitor activity in order to recommend research and solid strategies to help facilitate product innovation
· Formulate and implement a long-term vision, direction and strategy for key parts of the client lifecycle while inspiring and contributing to cross-organizational strategy
. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or similar) / engineering / marketing - Advantage
· Master degree – a plus
· At least +6 years of overall experience in Product Management with proven deliveries in Web, Internet, Online Media or Mobile companies.
· Strong understanding of Product development, Internet, UX, Platform, BE systems, R&D lifecycle, Project lifecycle and Business needs.
· Defining requirements and writing documents that include user experience/story characterizations.
· Strong analytics abilities, skilled in solving complex problems
· Highly motivated, details oriented
· Self-initiator, capable of working with ever changing business environment
· High level of English
