Design and build high-quality digital experiences, including websites, landing pages, campaign graphics, and UI/UX improvements. Support mission-driven marketing initiatives through strong visual design and effective web development. We are looking for a creative visual designer with strong UI/UX instincts, a collaborative mindset, quick learning ability, and a passion for Israel and meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
•Design and build landing pages, websites, templates, and marketing emails.
•Create campaign branding, visual identities, and digital ads (Facebook, banners, pop-ups).
•Develop and maintain WordPress/Elementor sites.
•Collaborate with creative/content teams on all digital design needs.
•Monitor analytics and optimize UI/UX for conversion.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll oversee all aspects of product design and development and driving innovation across our platform. You will work closely with the product team and development team. We’re seeking a product leader with experience in marketplaces or B2B SaaS, strong user-centered design instincts, and a proven ability to scale high-performing teams and products. Responsibilities Product & Strategy: Collaborate with product managers to shape the product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities.
Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver product solutions
Use data, research, and customer feedback to inform prioritization and drive product decisions
Optimize the user journey, conversion funnels, and overall platform experience
Implement best practices in product operations, agile development, and performance tracking
UI Design & Development: Design high-fidelity, modern UI for web and mobile interfaces.
Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component library.
Build production-ready UI components (React or similar) in collaboration with engineering.
Ensure responsive design, performance, accessibility, and consistency throughout the platform.
