פיתוח פתרונות AI מקצה לקצה- משלב איסוף הנתונים ועד לשלב הפריסה ב-Production. עבודה עם טכנולוגיות מתקדמות: RAG, Agenys, LLMs, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Python, MLOps. בניית מודלים חכמים, כלי Copilot פנימיים, חיפושים מבוססי AI וצ'אט על מסמכים. פרויקט Hands- On המדמה את אתגרי העכודה האמיתיים ומכין אותך ליום הראשון בתפקיד. איך זה עובד?
תהליך הכשרה אינטנסיבי וממוקד (ללא עלות) במתכנות Bootcamp היברידי- כ-5 חודשים. שילוב של מפגשים פרונטליים בתל אביב, לימוד מקוון גמיש והמון עבודה מעשית. ליווי צמוד של מנטורים בכירים מהתעשייה. כבר במהלך ההכשרה- התחלה של תהליך השמה בחברות הייטק, סטראטאפים וחברות אנטרפרייז מובילות.
דרישות:
תואר ראשון (כל תחום) עם ממוצע מעל 85 או רקע טכנולוגי רלוונטי. פסיכומטרי מעל 680. יתרון לתארים מתקדמים במדעים מדויקים. מוטיבציה גבוהה להשתלבות בעולם הAI והטכנולוגיה. אין צורך בניסיון קודם – אנחנו נספק לך את כל הכלים להצלחה.

The position involves leading a team of engineers, working on cutting-edge Electro-Mechanical, Electro-Optical and laser technologies, and integrating them into advanced multi-disciplinary defense systems
Responsibilities
Personal and mission-oriented management of a team of 4–10 systems engineers
Mentoring and professional training of team members
Serving as a technical expert in the team’s domain
Optimal resource allocation and workload balancing across work packages
Supporting cost estimation processes for system engineering activities
Monitoring and controlling team tasks and deliverables

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering
At least 5 years of experience in full development cycles of complex, multi-disciplinary systems on military platforms
Proven experience in direct management of engineers
