דרוש/ה סמנכ"ל/ית כספים בעל/ת ניסיון משמעותי, ראייה עסקית רחבה, יכולת ביצוע גבוהה ונכונות להיות שותף/ה מרכזי/ת בצמיחת החברה. תחומי אחריות: * הובלת כלל הפעילות הפיננסית * ניהול והובלת צוות מנהלי חשבונות. * אחריות על תכנון ובקרה פיננסית, תקציבים ותזרים מזומנים. * ביצוע והובלת תהליכי בדיקות נאותות (Due Diligence) בעסקאות השקעה ורכישה. * מעורבות בתהליכי מיזוגים ורכישות. * שדרוג והטמעת תשתיות ניהול, בקרה ודיווח. * עבודה שוטפת מול בנקים, רואי חשבון, יועצים וגורמי מימון. * הכנת דיווחים שוטפים להנהלה ולדירקטוריון. * השתלבות במגוון רחב של משימות, לרבות עבודה אופרטיבית וביצועית כחלק מצמיחת החברה.

CFO/VP Finance to lead our financial operations and build a scalable finance infrastructure for an early stage, well-funded AI startup leading our next phase of growth. Work closely with the CEO and leadership team, and play a key role in shaping the company's financial strategy, operational excellence, and long-term success. The ideal candidate combines strong financial expertise, business acumen, and a startup mindset, with the ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution. Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Business Partnership • Serve as a strategic financial partner to the CEO and leadership team, supporting key business decisions and long-term growth initiatives. • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support business objectives. • Own financial performance analysis, cash flow management, burn rate, and runway optimization. • Develop financial models, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to drive data-informed decisions. • Support fundraising activities, investor relations, board reporting, and financial due diligence. • 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant financial leadership experience in the technology industry. • Proven experience in a venture-backed startup, ideally at Seed, Series A, or early growth stage. • Experience leading financial operations in a company with both US and Israeli entities. • Strong background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial modeling. • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance. • Experience working directly with CEOs, executive leadership teams, investors, and board members. • Strong business orientation and ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights. • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Hands-on, independent, and execution-oriented, with the ability to build processes from scratch and operate effectively in a lean startup environment. • Excellent English, both written and spoken.
