תיאור תפקיד:
Director of Product, Payments Platform 7+ years of Product Management experience
3+ years in a leadership role managing PMs or cross-functional teams.
Proven track record in fintech, payments, or payment orchestration, with deep knowledge of processing, acquiring, and compliance requirements.
Experience in building and scaling complex B2B or B2B2C payment products.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product decisions to company growth and revenue impact.
Demonstrated success in building and mentoring high-performing product teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and external partners.
Passion for innovation and ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Fluent in English (written & verbal).

AI Product Manager At least 5 years of Product Management experience (preferably SaaS / data products)
Experience working with customers and understanding business needs
Experience or understanding of data and AI/ML models
Experience writing product requirements (PRDs), preferably for AI/model-based systems
Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
Understanding of how models work, their limitations, and how to measure performance

Product Manager 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of delivering complex technical products.
Strong technical background (engineering or hands-on product experience) with the ability to engage deeply with development teams.
Must have experience in cybersecurity and a solid understanding of security practices, tools, and frameworks.
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and a strong understanding of container orchestration concepts and platforms (especially Kubernetes); direct background in cloud security is a strong plus.
