We are looking for an HR generalist / analyst to be part of the global HR Team.
The role includes gathering, monitoring, managing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative HR data related,
among others, to recruitment, retention, compensation and benefits, etc.;
using HRIS and working with other functions in the organization such as the finance,
payroll and IT teams.
Update HR systems (bob / Comeet).
Prepare databases to upload to the system.
Produce reports from HR systems (CBA, Vacations, Convalescence, Retention, Turnover, Recruitment Channels, etc.).
Analyze data and prepare presentations for Management.
Support HR Processes within HR systems (Performance, Surveys).
Lead optimization and improvement projects (attendance mgmt., control reports)
Automize processes (טופס ירוק, הבראה, חופשה, ימי בחירה, כניסה לקביעות)
Cross check data (leasing).
Changes in Cost Centers.
Changes in Managers/STAR Signers.
Active Directory – compare data to HC report, provide additional data from bob.
Issue Notifications – new Hire form, globally
Salary data in foreign websites
Cost of living in sites
Prepare Visio charts.
