* Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with branding and marketing objectives.
* Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms using paid and organic campaigns.
* Community Management: Foster a vibrant online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages, and addressing inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
* Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and improve results.
* Stay Updated: Stay up to date on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously innovate and enhance social media presence.

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role – a minimum of 5 years of experience

משרד הפרסום הדיגיטלי המוביל בישראל לדור ה-Z מחפש מנהל/ת סושיאל (Social Media Manager) שחי/ה ונושמ/ת רשתות חברתיות, לניהול המותגים הכי גדולים בשוק. אנחנו מחפשים שילוב מנצח: מצד אחד – פריקים של סדר, גאנטים, דוחות ומעקב משימות. מצד שני – קריאייטיביים בנשמה שיודעים לפצח רעיון, לצלם ולערוך סרטון בטלפון עד שהוא יוצא בול, ולזהות טרנד לפני שהוא מתפוצץ. מה כולל התפקיד?- ניהול מקצה לקצה: ניהול שוטף של הזירות החברתיות של מותגים מובילים (טיקטוק, אינסטגרם וכו').
- יצירת תוכן: פיצוח רעיונות, צילום, עריכה, והעלאת תוכן בזמן אמת.
- אסטרטגיה ועבודה מול לקוחות: בניית תוכניות תוכן חודשיות, הובלת פגישות סטטוס, והכנת דוחות ביצועים.
- הפקות ומשפיענים: ניהול ימי צילום וכתיבת בריפים ליוצרי תוכן ומשפיענים.
דרישות:
מה אנחנו מחפשים?- ניסיון: לפחות שנתיים בניהול סושיאל, מתוכם לפחות שנה במשרד פרסום / סוכנות דיגיטל – חובה.
- יכולות טכניות: ניסיון מוכח בניהול עמודים, לצד יכולת צילום ועריכת וידאו בסמארטפון ברמה גבוהה.
- חיבור לדור ה-Z: היכרות מעמיקה עם טיקטוק, אינסטגרם וכל מה שקורה עכשיו ברשת.
- תכונות אופי: סדר וארגון ברמה גבוהה (יכולת תמרון בין משימות), עצמאות, ויחסי אנוש מעולים מול לקוחות וצוות.
