The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the email CRM program and working with relevant stake holders on developing and optimizing the programs.
The CRM Manager will be the owner of the CRM roadmap.
*Devise the Sportsbook and casino email CRM Strategy, work with execution teams to implement it.
*Evolve segmentation and player lifecycle modeling, match CRM actions to threats and opportunities within the lifecycle of each segment.
* Drive higher customer lifetime value, increase loyalty and decrease churn through better, more effective CRM.
* As owner of the CRM roadmap, develop CRM programs hands on and work on others in collaboration with stake holders within the retention department.
*Responsible for the P&L of all CRM roadmap
