תיאור תפקיד:
בעידן בו מערכות דיגיטל הן בחזית הטכנולוגיה ובעדיפות עסקית עליונה במשק הישראלי, אנו מחפשים מנהל/ת מערכות DevOps להצטרף למחלקה טכנולוגית מובילה בארגון. תיאור התפקיד: עבודה בצוות וליווי צוותי פיתוח בניהול ופרסום הקוד, הן בתשתיות On Premises והן בתשתיות ענן. הקמת תהליכי CI/CD, תחזוק תשתיות אפליקטיביות הן בסביבת On Prem והן בסביבת Cloud, הובלת פרויקטי מודרניזציה של תשתיות ומערכות מידע.
דרישות:
- 5 שנות ניסיון בתפקיד system או בתפקיד מקביל - 5 שנות ניסיון והיכרות מעמיקה על מערכות הפעלה מבוססות windows ו Linux. - ידע וניסיון ב AZURE DEVOPS - אדמיניסטרציה ובניית תהליכי CI - CD - ניסיון בסביבות GIT - ידע וניסיון ב AZURE – Appservices, AD, Backups, Blob, VM - ידע וניסיון בניהול ותחזוקה של שרתי IIS בסביבות ייצוריות - ידע וניסיון בתקשורת ומושגים כגון , DNS VNET VPN - ידע בעבודה עם תעודות פנימיות וחיצוניות - תמיכה בצוותי פיתוח - כתיבת סקריפטים PS – הבנת אובייקטים, לולאות, LIST ו DICTIONARY - היכרות עם תשתיות ענן AZURE, AWS - תודעת שירות גבוהה, עבודה בצוות, יחסי אינוש מעולים, ניהול ממשקים מורכבים - עבודה בשעות לא שגרתיות יתרונות- היכרות עם כלי CD - OCTOPUS היכרות עם ה Internal Developer Portal

תיאור תפקיד:
Design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
Lead the implementation of containerization strategies using Kubernetes
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python
Manage and optimize Linux-based systems and infrastructure
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and system reliability
Establish best practices for infrastructure as code and system operations
Monitor system performance and implement improvements
Provide technical leadership in infrastructure decisions
דרישות:
6+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience with Linux systems
Proven experience with Kubernetes in production environments
Strong Python scripting skills for automation and tooling
Extensive experience with at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
Background in large-scale operations, preferably from established data-driven companies or successful startups
Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management
Strong understanding of networking, security, and system architecture
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Operating Systems: Advanced Linux administration
Container Orchestration: Kubernetes
Cloud Platforms: GCP (primary), knowledge of AWS or Azure is a plus
Programming: Python
Version Control: Git
CI/CD: Experience with modern CI/CD tools
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform or equivalent
Monitoring & Logging: Experience with modern observability tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with microservices architecture
Contributions to open-source projects
Experience with data-intensive applications
Knowledge of security best practices
Experience mentoring junior engineers
Previous experience in fast-growing technology companies
