At our Holon site, we are looking for a Verification Team Leader to lead a team of Verification Engineers within our advanced FPGA Systems Development Group.
This role combines technological leadership, team management, and hands-on technical work, with responsibility for defining the verification strategy, establishing verification methodologies, driving AI adoption within the verification environment, and leading the verification process throughout the entire development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of experienced Verification Engineers
Lead the development of UVM-based verification environments for complex FPGA systems
Drive the end-to-end verification process, from requirements definition through signoff, at both Block-Level and System-Level
Work closely with Design, Architecture, Algorithm, System Engineering, and Integration teams
Define and lead verification strategies, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement of verification methodologies
Introduce and implement AI-driven workflows and tools within the verification environment
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and ensure successful execution against development objectives and schedules
דרישות:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
At least 8 years of experience in Verification Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with SystemVerilog and UVM methodologies
Proven experience leading Verification teams
Experience performing verification from Block-Level through System-Level
Broad system-level perspective and strong understanding of FPGA development processes
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Fast learner with the ability to adopt new technologies and methodologies

תיאור תפקיד:
הזדמנות לקחת חלק בפיתוח ובאימות (Validation) של מערכות אלקטרוניות מתקדמות, בסביבה רב-תחומית המשלבת חומרה, תוכנה וציוד מעבדה מתקדם. תחומי אחריות: תכנון, פיתוח ותחזוקה של תוכניות בדיקה לכרטיסים אלקטרוניים ומודולי חומרה.
פיתוח תשתיות לבדיקות באמצעות Python וכלי Scripting נוספים.
הקמה ותחזוקה של מערכי בדיקה (Test Setups) ושילוב ציוד מעבדה מתקדם.
ביצוע בדיקות חומרה מקצה לקצה, כולל בדיקות פונקציונליות, ביצועים, Stress ו-Regression.
ביצוע Debug וחקירת תקלות מורכבות ברמת הכרטיס והמערכת, כולל Root Cause Analysis.
ניתוח תוצאות בדיקות והפקת דוחות טכניים מפורטים.

דרישות:
B.Sc. בהנדסת חשמל / אלקטרוניקה. ניסיון של 2–5 שנים בתפקיד Validation ניסיון מעשי ב-Python – חובה. ניסיון בפיתוח כלי אוטומציה לבדיקות – יתרון משמעותי. ניסיון בעבודה עם ציוד מעבדה כגון Oscilloscope, DVM, Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, Power Supplies ועוד. יכולת גבוהה ל-Debug של מערכות חומרה ולניתוח אינטראקציות בין Hardware, Firmware ו-Software. היכרות עם MATLAB או כלי Analysis/Scripting נוספים – יתרון. יכולת עבודה עצמאית ובסביבה רב-תחומית. אנגלית ברמה גבוהה, כולל כתיבת דוחות טכניים.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Validation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in testing electro-mechanical products and a strong technical orientation.
Responsibilities:Provide technical support to the production line with a focus on software-related issues.
Define and document requirements for the development of internal software tools to support production needs.
Test and validate new software versions prior to release.
Conduct evaluations of new products and generate detailed defect reports for R&D teams.
Test product features to ensure compliance with specifications.
Record and track identified bugs in an organized manner.
Prepare comprehensive test reports summarizing findings and results.
Develop structured test procedures aligned with product features and requirements.
