A challenging role that combines development, integration, troubleshooting,
verification and validation, automation, and overseeing the development process from start to finish (A2Z). Responsibilities:
• Perform electrical tests on subsystems and systems during the production and development processes according to test specifications.
• Conduct environmental tests (qualification), investigate faults at the component level, and write tests and system specifications (ATP).

• Electronics engineer or technician with 2-3 years of experience.
• Experience troubleshooting at the component level.
• Proficient in reading electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Experience writing tests and system specifications in English.
• Experience integrating complex systems.
• Technical experience operating laboratory and testing equipment (soldering, wiring, tools, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes) – an advantage. • Knowledge and experience with Arduino – a significant advantage.
• Knowledge and experience with Linux – a significant advantage.
• Knowledge and experience with RF – an advantage.
• Experience working with defense/aerospace systems – an advantage.
• Familiarity with software: Priority, OrCAD, Office, Visio, SolidWorks – an advantage.
• Willingness to travel abroad (25%). • Instructional experience in English – an advantage.
• Proficiency in English – mandatory.

תיאור תפקיד:
להייטק - חברה מרתקת אנחנו מחפשים מהנדס/ת אלקטרוניקה בעל/ת יכולת hands-on, סקרנות טכנית וחשיבה הנדסית רחבה, להצטרף לצוות שלנו. התפקיד משלב עבודה במעבדת אלקטרוניקה, ביצוע בדיקות ואימות (V&V), תמיכה בפיתוח בארץ ובייצור באירופה, ותרומה ישירה לאינטגרציה של מערכות חומרה מורכבות. רקע בתחום ההספק (Power Electronics) – יתרון תחומי אחריות ביצוע בדיקות אימות, ולידציה ואינטגרציה למערכות אלקטרוניות ופיתוח כרטיסים. קריאת סכמות, ניתוח דרישות, וביצוע בדיקות לפי נהלים ומפרטי פיתוח. עבודה שוטפת במעבדת אלקטרוניקה: מדידות, בדיקות, איתור תקלות והרכבות. תמיכה בהנדסת פיתוח – כולל עבודה צמודה עם מהנדסי חומרה, תוכנה ו-Systems. תמיכה בפיתוח/ ייצור באתרים באירופה (כולל טיסות על פי הצורך) פיתוח סקריפטים/קוד ברמה בסיסית/ עיבוד נתונים תחזוקת סביבת המעבדה והקפדה על נהלי בדיקות, ESD ותקני איכות.
דרישות:
תואר B.Sc בהנדסת אלקטרוניקה או הנדסאי/ת עם ניסיון רלוונטי.
ניסיון 2-5 שנים.
ניסיון בעבודה עם ציוד בדיקה: אוסילוסקופ, מולטימטר, ספקי כוח, גנרטורים וכו’.
יכולת קריאת סכמות, הבנה מערכתית ויכולת ניתוח תקלות.
אנגלית ברמה טובה.
יכולת לעבודה עצמאית, אחריות גבוהה, והבנה של סביבת סטארט-אפ דינמית.
נכונות לטיסות על פי הצורך
ניסיון או היכרות עם Power Electronics - יתרון
יכולת כתיבת סקריפטים בסיסיים, אוטומציה בסיסית או עיבוד נתונים - יתרון.
ניסיון עם כלים: OrCAD, LTSpice / PSpice – יתרון.
