The Pre Sales Engineer delivers technical expertise for solution implementation to customers based on the company's products and services. Is focused during various phases of the sales process including customer requirements analysis, feature-by-feature demonstrations, benchmarks, competitive positioning, and implementation/execution, generally allocated by project and engineering services. Understands customers’ problems, recommends solutions to meet their needs, and ensures customer satisfaction. Is responsible for demos and for enhancing customers’ experience and satisfaction.

Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Strong understanding of high-speed digital measurement applications.
Passion for continuous learning in high-speed digital and digital protocol technology.
8+ years’ relevant experience in high-speed digital design, product support or applications engineering experience for this role.

חברת הייטק העוסקת בפיתוח, ייצור ואספקת פתרונות בדיקה חדשניים עבור מנועים חשמליים למגוון רחב של תעשיות ברחבי העולם במגוון תחומים: כלי תחבורה דו-גלגליים, רכבים חשמליים (EV) ועוד. • אחריות מלאה לפתח ולהגדיל את המכירות של מוצרי החברה בטריטוריה מוגדרת • השגת יעדי צמיחה והכנסות שאפתניים באזור אחריותך • לבנות ולחזק קשרים עם שותפים לתהליכי המכירה • לפתח וליישם אסטרטגיות מכירה בשווקים מגוונים • לנתח התפתחות ומגמות של השוק הרלוונטי ולהתאים תהליכים ליעדים העסקיים של החברה • ניתוח דרישות טכניות ומסחריות של לקוחות, וזיהוי הפתרון שיש להציע • מעורבות ושיתוף פעולה עם גורמים במחלקות שונות בארגון בפתרון הטכני, שיתוף תובנות ותמיכה במאמצים בעלי-תפקידים המסייעים למכירה • יישום מוצלח של תוכניות מכירה וניהול פעילויות באזור
דרישות:

תיאור תפקיד:
Experienced and driven Product Manager to lead the full lifecycle of our product portfolio across the European and Israeli markets. This is a pivotal role, responsible for ensuring our products remain competitive, customer-focused, and aligned with the market needs. As a cross-functional leader, collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, customer service, and operations to drive product excellence and deliver on strategic business goals. : Responsibilities Own the end-to-end lifecycle of existing products: monitor performance, ensure profitability, and identify areas for improvement. Lead new product development from ideation through to mass production,. Define and maintain the product roadmap and innovation pipeline aligned with corporate strategy. Conduct competitive and pricing analysis to sharpen market positioning. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., EU regulations, CBAM). Manage end-of-life decisions for underperforming products. Serve as the technical point of contact for Company’s product lines. Own and manage marketing collateral: catalogs, price lists, sell sheets, training materials. Collaborate with marketing on international website content and product communication. Develop and maintain product forecasts and strategic annual plans. Lead product development projects through a phase-gate execution process. Evaluate product viability through financial modeling, risk analysis, and resource planning.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Experience in multidisciplinary manufacturing environments. Proven experience as a Product Manager in an industrial enviroment. Experience in international or globally oriented organizations. Strong data orientation and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent English (written and spoken).
