What You’ll Actually Be Doing Configure and develop solutions in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power Apps Design and lead scalable integrations across Microsoft and legacy systems Customize D365 apps, implement Power BI dashboards, and build automation flows Maintain source control, CI/CD pipelines, and application lifecycle management Collaborate closely with solution architects and stakeholders across time zones Lead technical workshops, user training, and support Ensure best practices for system security, usability, and performance

What You Bring to the Table 5+ years of experience configuring and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, MS Teams, and SharePoint Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript frameworks, REST APIs, and integration best practices Availability to work primarily US hours (NY Time Zone) - able to work effectively in a remote and largely asynchronous environment Deep understanding of Dataverse security, PCF controls, and scalable solution architecture Experience with Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, Git, unit testing frameworks, cloud cost management, telemetry/monitoring, and CI/CD test automation Strong understanding of DevOps, Agile, and SDLC methodologies Ability to evaluate and apply “config vs custom” decisions to reduce technical debt and optimize scalability Experience with third-party CRM integrations using APIs and middleware (e.g., DocuSign, Workday, OData, SSIS) Hands-on experience with MS CRM SDK, SSRS, and Microsoft Developer Toolkits Knowledge in Power BI, Visio, Excel, and relevant Microsoft certifications – A bonus

You will Present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations so they can make informed data driven decisions. Collaborate with various partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis. Measure and monitor results of applied recommendations and present adjustments. Develop scenarios involving tuning, calibration, segmentation and optimization. Provide routine and ad hoc reporting tied to AML/CFT compliance. Develop insightful and compelling summary reporting and dashboards for management and business line partners. Support the development of policies and procedures for AML transaction monitoring life cycle, including reviews of scenario validation, segmentation and optimization tools.

The role of the Operations Manager is to be in charge of logistics operations of the tours and programs at the Department of Tours and Partnership. The purpose of this position is to create the logistic infrastructure for the department’s educational programs and to facilitate the operational side of service we will be offering our clients. The responsibilities of the Operations Manager is to work closely with the team of educators, maintain relationships with the vendors and to act as the key person, responsible for overall program implementation. Responsibilities include: Creating the bookings of all operational suppliers - hotels, transportation, manpower, activities and meals Recruit, manage and supervise all aspects of the relationships with the suppliers Enable top level logistic service to the programs and good relationship that supports it Assisting Program Directors with day-to-day logistic preparations support for tours Recruitment of tour guides, madrichim and security guards including payroll Organizing staff seminars

Finding logistic solutions for ongoing running of programs, often in periods of tight deadlines and pressure The Operations Manager should know how to handle and manage situations and to work independently as well as with the program staff. Organizing the department’s proprietary tourism knowledge-base, creating partnerships with suppliers, guides, tour educators, social madrichim, tour sites, connections with hotels, activities and other service providers. It’s imperative to maintain a good relationship with all the above in order to create and control the running of all programs and products. Management of cash flow, and budget to enable the department’s commitments to suppliers and partners and to create a functional system of payments. The Operation Manager works closely with the Department Director to insure profitability and stability, timely income and expenses and proper management of funds. Receiving all information and details needed for the program from our clients and any outside logistics operating provider. This central responsibility reflects the heart of the Director-School relationship. The Operations Manager will be supervised by the CFO of the organization and will assist in developing new projects, new groups and relationships as well as other departmental requirements.
