Job Overview
The Senior Field Applications Engineer (FAE) supports customers using our power management chips (Power ICs). The role combines technical support, customer interaction, and product promotion.
You will work closely with key customers in Israel and across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), helping them design and use our power IC products in their systems.You will also act as the main Power IC expert within the regional team, supporting colleagues and distribution partners when technical knowledge is needed. Your work will help customers successfully use our products and will contribute to growing the company’s business in the region.You will be part of the EMEA Sales Team and report to the Regional Sales Director Europe, while working closely with sales managers and other field application engineers.

Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (PhD is a plus).
7–10 years of experience in power electronics or power management.
Experience working with server, CPU, GPU, or high-performance computing power systems is preferred.
Previous experience as an Applications Engineer or Power Design Engineer is an advantage.
Technical Knowledge Good understanding of: Power management systems
Power supply architectures
Technologies such as MOSFETs, DrMOS, digital controllers, and point-of-load (POL) regulators
Fluent Hebrew (native level) and Excellent English
Willingness to travel up to 40%
Valid driver’s license

The company’s software Engineering group handles the core software responsibilities and as a Senior Software Engineer, you play a key role. Collaborate with other IT and security teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM and app security solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IAM engineers
דרישות:
Requirements Proficiency in both Hebrew and English, written and verbal, sufficient for achieving consensus and success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment - Must
Minimum 6 years of experience- Must
Proficiency in IAM technologies such as EntraID, AWS Cognito, Okta, IdentityServer, or similar - Must
Experience with OAuth2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
Extensive experience in backend development, preferably with C#
Familiarity with the principles of cybersecurity
A plus if you have Experience with AWS services
Experience with Single Page Application (SPA) client-side components related to identity and application security
Using Identity Management as a code library, such as Duende Identity Server
Experience with SAML
Experience with Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC)
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes
