Key Responsibilities Partner with the founder to refine product vision and convert it into a structured roadmap.
Document product requirements, workflows, and specifications suitable for direct development handoff.
Translate commercial real estate and lending processes into clear, well-defined product behavior.
Work closely with the development team throughout implementation to ensure alignment with product requirements and intent.
Review feature implementations, provide feedback, and resolve gaps between specification and execution.
Prioritize work based on business goals, technical constraints, and user feedback.
Maintain clear and up-to-date product documentation.

Requirements 5+ years of product management experience, including work in startup or early-stage environments.
Demonstrated experience with commercial real estate or commercial banking/lending workflows.
Strong ability to produce precise product documentation and functional specifications.
Proven experience working directly with engineering teams during development cycles.
Clear communicator with the ability to align founders, developers, and stakeholders.
Additional Information: Part-time or contract engagement with flexibility on hours.
Potential to expand scope or transition into a long-term leadership role as the company grows.
