We are looking for a passionate Technical Manager to join our team at our site in Holon
The role includes:
Technical management of a project in the field of navigation warfare
Technical leadership of system engineering in relation to engineering and research teams within the company and with customers
Writing system specification documents
Defining and detailing system requirements, transferring to production, developing tests, and working with test equipment
דרישות:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering; Master's degree is an advantage
Technical manager with 5 years of experience in system engineering, process leadership, and knowledge in the RF field
Experience leading an engineering team in a matrix organizational structure and driving processes and experiments
Experience in NPI, knowledge in developing tests equipment's tool
Experience in writing system documentation
Knowledge of hardware
High proficiency in English
Willingness to travel abroad for the role
Ability to make decisions and solve complex problems
Systemic thinking
