We're seeking a driven, results-oriented Account Executive to lead ad sales across our website and mobile app. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with digital advertising sales experience who thrives in a consultative, relationship-driven sales environment. Join a fast-paced team at the intersection of luxury and technology. Key Responsibilities: Sell digital advertising placements on our platform (web + app) Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing Respond to inbound leads and conduct proactive outreach to generate new business Present tailored advertising solutions aligned with client objectives Use Salesforce to manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on KPIs
Onboarding Milestones: First 30 Days: Complete comprehensive training to gain expertise in our product offerings, value propositions, market differentiation, and sales process. First 60 Days: Begin managing inbound/outbound leads and progressing them through the sales cycle. First 90 Days: Achieve competency in closing sales cycles independently.
Work Schedule & Setup: Hybrid: 2 days/week in our Jerusalem office, 3 remote

Ideal Candidate Profile: Native Level English – a must 2–3 years of experience in digital advertising/media sales Strong communication and consultative selling skills Ability to thrive in a high-volume, outbound-driven sales role Familiarity with digital ad performance metrics and campaign strategy Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
