תיאור תפקיד:
• Act as a technical authority for multidisciplinary systems involving mechanics, electronics, software, and RF communication • Lead technical engagements with prospects and customers: requirements gathering, solution design, system architecture, block diagram development, and technical risk assessment • Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals: o Analyze customer specifications, SOWs, and RFPs o Develop competitive solution concepts, costing, and technical documentation o Perform technical risk analysis and competition analysis • Work with the Sales team by conducting technical presentations and demonstrations that articulate the features and advantages of company solutions • Collaborate with subcontractors, third-party partners, and internal stakeholders (engineering, finance, operations, executive team) to develop winning solutions • Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s product portfolio, new technologies, and evolving industry trends • Support continuous improvement of proposal generation processes, tools, templates, and best practices • Perform Link Budget Analysis and basic RF performance assessments as part of solution definition • Mentor and support internal sales associates to enhance their technical understanding and customer engagement capabilities • Participate in product strategy discussions by providing technical market feedback to influence future developments
דרישות:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or another relevant technical field • At least 3 years of experience working in a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering role supporting business development
