About the job We are looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic iGaming team. This role blends customer success with internal communication coordination, offering a unique opportunity to grow across multiple functions. As the first point of contact for B2C customers and a key support for internal team operations, you’ll ensure smooth customer experiences and efficient information flow within the company. This position is ideal for someone motivated, tech-savvy, and eager to take ownership from day one. Responsibilities Manage B2C customer accounts throughout their lifecycle Provide day-to-day support and ensure an excellent user experience Coordinate internal communication between teams Monitor customer feedback and identify trends and opportunities Stay updated on iGaming products and offerings
