About the job We’re looking for a hands-on CRM & Marketing Automation Manager to lead and execute the full CRM lifecycle for our casino brands, from strategy and planning to campaign execution, automation, and performance tracking. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging, data-driven experiences that drive player activity, increase retention, and boost revenue. This isn’t just a managerial position - you’ll be actively involved in campaign building, segmentation, A/B testing, and working closely with internal stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life. If you're a gaming industry expert who’s obsessed with player engagement and experienced with Smartico, we want to talk. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute CRM strategy across multiple brands. Create segmented, personalized campaigns via email, push, SMS, and onsite. Implement gamification features like missions, challenges, and loyalty rewards. Build automated user journeys (Smartico experience is a strong plus). Collaborate with creative, product, and acquisition teams. Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and player behavior.

Must Have Proven experience in iGaming / online casino within CRM, retention, or lifecycle roles. Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaign creation and management. Strong understanding of casino players, bonuses, and churn prevention. Solid analytical skills and proficiency in Excel. Ability to manage both planning and execution. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in English. Advantages Experience with Smartico or similar CRM tools. Background in gamified campaigns. Additional languages. Experience working in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
