תיאור תפקיד:
Professional Services Engineer Minimum 5 years of experience as a Professional Services Engineer in communication companies.
Strong networking experience, including configuring and troubleshooting network switches and routers, and knowledge of network protocols (DNS, DHCP, ARP, PING, TCP/IP, VPN, NAT).
Proficient in Linux operating systems.
Proven ability to identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve faults across multi-platform system environments, including production hardware, software infrastructure, and networks.
Familiar with Python scripting.
Strong hardware knowledge, including antennas and broadcasting equipment.
Knowledge of electrical infrastructure related to Data Centers (e.g., PDU, UPS).
Strong team player with excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and eagerness to learn and grow.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication with international teams and for preparing technical documentation
Flexibility to travel up to 20%.
