Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Implementer •Salesforce Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of data modeling, platform capabilities, permissions management, objects and field types, Flows, custom apps, validation rules, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and more •Lightning Proficiency: Skilled in Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder •Cloud Mastery: Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including Entitlement Management •Business Insight: Proven ability to analyze business requirements, design effective processes, and ensure smooth user adoption •Customer-Centric Approach: Exceptional service skills with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs •Team Spirit: Collaborative, adaptable, and skilled at working both independently and within a team •Problem-Solving: Creative and analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills •Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who thrives under deadlines and effectively prioritizes tasks •Education: A relevant degree •Certifications: Salesforce Admin Certification משרה בתחומים הנבחרים:
