Technical Project Manager 4+ years of technical external customer-facing experience with technical SaaS products, including at least 2 years working with clients globally. Ideally, this experience includes roles such as Technical Customer Success Manager / Technical Account Manager / Professional Services / Technical Support
1+ years of experience to fulfill technical tasks and utilize configuration tools
1+ years of experience with query language in rational & non-rational databases
Comfortable with difficult conversations (internally and externally) while able to manage customer expectations
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and drive resolution
Availability and flexibility to work during US hours

ניסיון עם rational & non-rational databases.
הלקוחות הם גלובאלים ולכן יש עבודה מחוץ לשעות העבודה בעת הצורך
דרישות:
Team Lead Delivery Engineering 2+ years in a similar role, managing global teams in a delivery/professional services -focused environment and software development context
4+ years of experience with design and development in Python
2+ years of experience developing applications using Cloud-based technologies
Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience
Experience supporting and mentor team members career growth and personal development
