תיאור תפקיד:
Report directly to the General Manager in Israel, contributing to the companys strategic growth.
Lead all business development activities within the Defense market.
Collaborate with Sales, Technical Operations, and Program Management teams to identify and
maximize growth opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of defense-related projects to achieve strategic wins.
Identify, lead, and close high-value deals that accelerate business expansion.
Maintain relationships and drive repeat business with existing customers.
Work closely with senior management to execute an ambitious growth strategy.
Develop and strengthen partnerships with key industry stakeholders, from prime contractors to subcontractors.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the defense industry.
Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent an advantage.
Proven record of exceeding sales quotas or performance goals.
Experience working with hardware and product-oriented companies.
Demonstrated success in achieving both individual and team objectives.
Ability to work independently, manage workload effectively, and deliver results on time.
A self-driven professional with strong leadership and motivational skills.
Experience in customer service, operations, and logistics, including P L management at a business unit level.
Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Spanish and Portuguese proficiency a strong advantage.
