תיאור תפקיד:
A leading technology company specializing in innovative product development is looking for a Development Support Engineer to join our advanced engineering team.
Position Overview:
Active involvement in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
Provide engineering support and production floor guidance for electronic assemblies and module manufacturing.
Define and manage materials and processes in areas such as bonding and coating.
Work in compliance with IPC-610 / J-STD-001 (Class 3, Military standards).
Collaborate closely with R&D, Electronics, and Mechanical Assembly teams.
Interface with subcontractors in Israel and abroad.
דרישות:
Requirements: B.Sc. in Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering – mandatory. Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing processes – mandatory. Proven hands-on experience in SMT, soldering, coating, bonding, and electromechanical assembly. Strong background in PCB design and production processes. Experience in failure analysis and root cause investigation. Deep knowledge of advanced soldering technologies for PCBs. Familiarity with space/military standards – an advantage.
