We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive direct enterprise sales across Europe, with a strong focus on German-speaking markets. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, based in Israel (hybrid), requiring frequent travel to Europe and strong technical demonstration capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Own the full direct sales cycle: discovery, demo, pilot, negotiation, and close Drive new business across Germany and additional European markets Conduct high-quality technical and value-based product demonstrations (remote and on-site) Engage with senior stakeholders (Operations, Service, Training, IT, Engineering) Travel frequently across Europe for customer meetings and industry events Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline Maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams

Mandatory Requirements: Based in Israel (hybrid work model) Fluent German and English (spoken and written) Proven B2B direct sales experience with complex or technical solutions Strong technical demo and presentation skills Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Europe Experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes Advantages: Experience selling SaaS, enterprise software, or industrial solutions Exposure to XR / AR / VR technologies Background in manufacturing, field service, training, or operations Additional European languages Experience with long consultative sales cycles (€50k–€250k+)
