תיאור תפקיד:
Strategic End-to-End Sales Ownership:Lead defense sales throughout the lifecycle: opportunity identification, planning, customer engagement, proposals, negotiations, contract closure, and post-award follow-up. Complex Defense Sales Leadership:Manage multi-stakeholder sales processes, coordinating with customers, partners, and internal teams while addressing regulatory and procurement constraints. C2-C4I Sales Expertise:Drive the sale of advanced command and control systems, collaborating with engineering and product teams to meet customer needs. International Market Development:Expand sales in international markets by working with local partners and government entities. Senior Technical & Operational Engagement:Serve as a senior interface with customer stakeholders, effectively communicating system concepts and operational value. Business Development & Opportunity Shaping:Identify customer needs, influence requirements, and contribute to bid decisions and pricing strategies. Customer Relationship Ownership:Build long-term relationships with defense organizations, positioning the company as a strategic partner. Travel & Industry Presence: Represent the company at senior-level meetings, defense exhibitions, and forums to support business development.
דרישות:
• Extensive experience selling command and control / C2-C4I solutions into the global defense market – a must. • Minimum 8–10 years of successful sales experience in defense, including large, complex, and long-cycle programs. • Proven ability to independently lead and close high-value opportunities. • Strong capability in preparing commercial proposals, pricing models, and contractual inputs. • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills. • Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply on command and control architectures and concepts. • Proven experience working with defense, military, or national security organizations. • Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments and align multiple internal teams around sales objectives. • Experience leading multi-proposal efforts and competitive tenders. • Background in project or program management in defense – a strong advantage. • Fluent English: additional European language is a plus. • MBA or equivalent business education – an advantage
